"My current insurance company decided to no longer write policies in Minnesota so I had one week to find new coverage. I called 6 companies. When I called State Farm Hailey answered the phone and was very helpful from the start. I remember thinking wow that was nice to talk to someone who cared. She took my information and said some would call me back. Later that day Michael called me back. The detail of questions he asked me were way above every other company. He even knew I had a landscaped yard and I should take into consideration it for coverage. Two days later I left my broker of 10 years and moved my homeowners, auto and umbrella to State Farm."
